Chara Dasha Antardasha

Endpoint POST https://starsapi.com/api/v3/vedic/jaimini/chara-dasha-antardasha

Returns 12 Antardasha (sub-period) entries within a specific Chara Dasha sign period. Each sub-period is an equal 1/12th division of the parent Mahadasha, with direction determined by the 9th-from rule (BPHS).

Request body

All standard birth fields, plus:

Response shape

direction

zodiacal (forward) or anti-zodiacal (backward), determined by whether the 9th sign from the Mahadasha sign is odd-footed or even-footed.

12 sub-periods, each 1/12th of the Mahadasha duration.
